This course will teach you how to help ease physical distress and pain that your partner, friend or parent may find themselves in from time to time.
 

Swedish Massage
Course Format: Classroom
By demonstration and supervised practise, this course will teach participants to work on themselves, family and friends. You will gain a sound knowledge of the skills, equipment and attitudes required to perform a full body massage using the basic strokes. This course is a pre-requisite to the Diploma in Remedial Massage.
 

Native Garden Design Workshop
