INTRODUCTION TO MASSAGE

Learn basic massage strokes and styles, concentrating on areas of stress, i.e. neck, shoulders, back and legs, in order to develop the skill and confidence to give family and friends simple, relaxing massage. Please bring a pillow and towel. Wear gym or fitted clothing.
