In this seminar, students will discover the “hot spots�in Europe for the summer of 2009, beginning with geographic locations and proceeding to exploring local customs and festivals that are of interest to the savvy, independent traveller. The seminar will also cover the basics regarding safety abroad and how not to get ripped-off when travelling “across the pond.�
 

CRUISING

This seminar will teach students how to assess the safety, comfort and services of cruise ships. It will explain how to choose a cruise based on lifestyle needs, where to cruise, at what time of year and for how long. The seminar will show how to evaluate if a cruise offers value for the money and whether cruising is a good fit in regards to travel style.

In this seminar, students will learn how to use the internet to find the best airfares on the market. Learn how airlines use internet based marketing strategies to promote destinations and low fares. The seminar will help students understand the importance of the different options/entries on the internet and how to use these to get the best results.
