Kickboxing

Kickboxing is interval training that incorporates punches and kicks into one great workout. This class uses handwraps, boxing gloves, punching bags and punch mitts. You will leave feeling stronger and more confident!
 

Cycling

This is an indoor group cycling class on specifically designed bikes. The class simulates an outdoor ride that includes flat roads and hills. Cycling is for anyone who enjoys a group workout to motivating music. Each participant is encouraged to work at their own pace. The Cycling/Sculpt session also includes muscle works.
